AGM Returns and Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns on merchandise EXCEPT under the following conditions:
- The package was refused and/or undelivered by FedEx/UPS
- The order was cancelled before shipment

Please understand this policy protects the integrity of our equipment, once merchandise
has left our possession we can't guarantee it's quality. You can rest assured that
equipment you purchase from us is top-quality and direct from the manufacturer, and not
'B-Stock', returned, used or otherwise compromised in any way.

Credit Exchanges

We may offer store credit on exchanges for size or model issues, if you
need assistance for an exchange please call 1-877-AGM-1010. In most cases,
we can offer 100% credit towards any other merchandise. Please keep in mind
that once an NBC item (mask, filter, etc) is used it cannot be returned.
